Valentines Gift Guide: The Best Friend

Valentines Day is fast approaching and every store has brought out their yearly dosage of red love hearts and giant balloons screaming ‘I LOVE YOU!!!!!’ but today is an important day in its own right. Today is Friends Day. Yes Valentines Day is about spending it with your wonderful boyfriends, girlfriends, husbands and wives but friendship is a love affair that will never die. Who else would we ring at 2am drunk expressing how much we love them or run to if we’ve had the worst date of our lives and just HAD to share it? Exactly. So over the next week or so I’m doing my picks of the best gifts to get your loved ones for Valentines, and today is all about those wonderful people you call your friends that deserve a present just as much your boyf.

Everyone has that one friend who has more little bits in bobs than a flea market and a jewellery collection that would make any magpie envious. From jewellery to more ornaments for her dressing table, I’ve got a few present ideas for that one friend who thinks just one oversized storage unit of rings and embellished scarves just isn’t enough.

Afterall, staying in is the new going out.

Miss Minimal 

She’s the coolest chick you’ve ever met and her wardrobe genuinely looks as though its on a Black and White television its that simplistically monochromatic. What do you buy someone who despises clutter and favourite colour is chalky grey? Never fear, I’ve got some ideas for even the stark and cleanest of tastes.
